The Studio
Flodström Interiors is an independent, multidisciplinary design studio based in Toronto, founded by designer Shanna Flodström.
With a background spanning fine arts, fashion and interior design, Shanna brings decades of creative experience to a practice that moves between interiors, furniture, objects and graphic design.
The Approach
No two projects begin in quite the same way.
Each project is shaped by the client, the architecture and the character of the space. Sometimes a building's history provides the starting point; other times, a client's personality and creative vision lead the direction.
The studio embraces unexpected combinations of colour, material and form, creating spaces that reflect the people who inhabit them while introducing something they might not have imagined themselves.
